John A. Rigau, Principal of Terrafirma Commercial Real Estate and Specialty Retail Properties, has more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate leasing, sales and development. He has contributed to all the major aspects of the development process with a major emphasis on project marketing. Mr. Rigau’s, commercial real estate and marketing experience ranges from super regional malls to grocery anchored neighborhood centers, streetscape retail, factory outlets and office building development.

Rebecca Fasolino

Rebecca Fasolino began her real estate career over 12 years ago as the Community Manager for several A+ Luxury Multi-Family Housing Developments in North Scottsdale. She was one of the first property managers in the valley to specialize in condo converting already established units.  She then made her transition to commercial real estate and gained experience in office and industrial condominium association management. Her degree in Real Estate & Business coupled with her professional experience provides a dynamic combination of creativity and administrative detail. Rebecca has an enthusiastic approach to everything she does and is always focused on providing the absolute best service and experience for her clients.
